Consciousness causes collapse of the wavefunction and thus actively selects the event observed in the future as an agent choosing among the many possibilities physically represented by the probability distribution imbedded in the quantum wavefunction. This 'agent' restrains what the possible answer can be by simply defining the question in a way that gives meaning to him! In praxis this implies defining the setup of the experiment in the lab or the 'setting' of circumstances in real-life... All intentional choices thereby come to have universal physical effects underpinning the law of karma!
